It's completely safe to use lipstick every day, however, make sure you get good quality lipstick and take good care of your lips. Apply a lip balm before applying lipstick. Scrub your lips weekly. While you know you don't have to use it to feel that way, because you're amazing just the way you are, wearing that lip color simply improves your overall mood.
Throughout my lipstick life, I've been cautiously wrong when it comes to soft pink tones and those demure nudes that, although they may be quite elegant, barely attract attention.
